Shipping policy

Processing Times

Madison Sweets candles are handmade and made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your preorder to be processed before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Standard shipping is currently $8. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include our processing time and the carrier's estimated transit time. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control. 

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us at shopmadisonsweets@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or has shipped.

Tracking and Delivery

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Madison Sweets is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is delayed, missing in transit, or returned to sender, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopmadisonsweets@gmail.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
